Respected citizens of Seongbuk-gu,
I am Lim Tae-geun, Chairperson for the latter half of the 9th Seongbuk-gu Council.
With your support and encouragement, the 9th Seongbuk-gu Council, launched in July 2022, has worked hard for the past two years to lay the foundation for normalizing council activities and preparing for a new future.
Based on the achievements so far, now is the time to run in earnest for the happiness of citizens and the leap of Seongbuk.
Moving forward, we will create a council that continuously communicates as a representative body that listens to your voices and represents public opinion.
We will work hard and diligently with citizens in the field to develop Seongbuk-gu and the happy lives of citizens.
The actual development of local autonomy begins with the active participation of citizens.
We ask for your continued interest and participation so that the Seongbuk-gu Council can fulfill its given role.
